After a few years learning through trial and error, I found myself hitting an earnings plateau. I spent countless hours thinking about what I was doing wrong in my efforts as an online marketer. I was on a quest to draft up a daily routine for gaining the affiliate marketing edge to make my earnings increase.
First and foremost I needed reasons for what caused my plateau. I had a pretty common mentality for newbies to making money online. My strategy for making money online was trying every easy strategy until I find what works.
Not Using My Passion - no real use of my passion.
Impatience/laziness – that was one of the first problems that I identified most with when it came to trying to make money online.
Autopilot Syndrome – I truly believed that if I was going to make money online that the quickest way was by setting websites on auto-pilot and that no real effort was needed on my end. I thought that I could get the latest Word press Plug-ins and use some nice spamming tools.
Too many Websites/Not any Focus – In my quest I thought it would be best to have several websites, that way I wouldn’t be putting all my money in one basket. I had too many websites that were not getting the needed attention to actually bring decent income.
So these were my problems that I wanted to correct. The real question now is how, and what have I manifested in order to correct these problems?
1. Passion – Believe me when I say this. You have to have a passion, a vision for what you plan to accomplish online. Why do you want to make money with the niche (s) you have chosen. Perhaps you will find that one or more of the niche markets aren’t something that you are particularly interested in, other than the fact that they might make you money.
2. Make Daily Posts – After following and commenting on Jonathan’s blog, and other established make money online entrepreneurs I reflected on what they had that I didn’t in terms of quality content. I found that the best performers in this industry make daily blog posts. I started to make daily blog posts.
3. Daily Blog Commenting – Instead of using quick fix strategies for obtaining a increase in online marketing. I found that if I follow other industry leading blogs, and make comments on them I will in the end accomplish several benefits all at the same time.
a.) First I get to learn what other leading bloggers in my niche are doing, and how they style their posts. I found out what offers they are running too.
b.) Second I get to make comments and establish my credibility as a knowledgeable person in the niche market, and get a back link to my blog that I am trying to promote which will send traffic and increase my search engine placement.
4. Commit to A Few Sites – I made a honest appraisal of what my current websites were worth to me, and where I could go with them. I also made a personal commitment to myself to make daily posts on these websites, and then the websites that I didn’t want to place on priority I chose to make weekly posts on. Later on I can review my efforts, and maybe change the priority if need be.
For example: I have 5 websites that I have established that I feel are worth my daily and weekly efforts on. Outside of that the other websites I have will be monthly tasks, or I just need to drop the site or leave it for another date that I may change my mind on.

Today I have narrowed my focus to these top 4 things: Market Your Passion, Make Daily Posts, Make Daily Comments On Others Blogs, Commit To A Few Websites. I have researched, and implemented these routines and set the groundwork for what eventually has become an online entrepreneurs dream.
